Dave Orenstein is a real estate visionary. His home improvement experience is evident in his Redondo Beach home. Having purchased a fixer-upper, he was able to transform the home into a resort style tropical paradise. Dave uses this extensive knowledge to give his clients comprehensive assessments of ‘what is’ as well as ‘what could be’. Being a life-long resident of the South Bay, Dave specializes in the South Bay, he has helped clients purchase homes throughout Southern California. Dave is a newlywed. His wife is very active in the USC Alumni Association and they enjoy cooking and spending time with their dog, a German Boxer named Ali. (Don’t tell them, but their dog rules the roost!)
